My name is XXXX XXXX and I am filing a credit card complaint against Citibank. I have been a Citibank Credit card user since I am a XXXX XXXX back in XXXX, I used its credit cards for the past 5 years and always pay my bill on time. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, I found all my credit cards are closed without any notification. I called Citibank immediately and no one can give me any reason for my account closure. Their support also can not help me to redeem my {$1900.00} cashback I earned over the years. Citibank did not provide any solid justifications on why they are closing my account. It made no attempt to contact me for any information, but simply decided to close my account. This practice is unusual and does not conform with industry standards and procedures carried out by all other banks.
