I contacted the credit card company and asked about my authorized users. I wanted to confirm who I had listed. And for some odd reason they tried to run my credit. I already have a credit card with them. I wasnt even adding a user I was simply verifying who I had listed. I contacted them immediately when I received an alert that they were running my credit. They sent me to multiple departments within their company. And I was told it would be removed within 10 days because I had not authorized them to access my credit. To this date it is still showing on my credit bureau from XX/XX/2021.
