This is a follow up on complaint ID XXXX. B of A refuses to return my calls, although sending conformation emails for me to respond to. I was notified by email and voicemail that B of A would close the claim today, XX/XX/2021 if we did not have any interaction. I believe Bank of America is simply trying to " run the clock '' on this complaint, and they are not dealing in good faith. They refuse to provide a direct email. I am quite certain this as a " business as usual tactic '' by Bank of America, they use a third party service to respond to regulators request for resolution. Please advice how I can advance this claim beyond the stonewall I am encountering currently. Regards, XXXX XXXX
