My brother and I inherited a home with a VA mortgage. XXXX XXXX XXXX advised that the loan had been sold to Carrington Mortgage Services LLC. I contacted Carrington to get requirements for assuming and or paying off the loan. Each time I have contacted the company I have been provided different requirements. Documents have been provided to Carrington showing that the mortgagee, XXXX XXXX, is deceased and that I, XXXX XXXX, am a declared heir. I have requested that the requirements be provided in writing. I have been told the information will be mailed and emailed to me. I have not received any written correspondence from Carrington. Additionally when I call the servicing associates refuse to review the documents received to determine if they have the required information. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I am told that a supervisor is not available. The Carrington loan number is XXXX.
