A lot has happened this past year and I've definitely felt the struggle and financial consequences of a collapsing economy during the height of a pandemic. I tested positive for XXXX and eventually lost my job. Having done business with Chase Bank in the past, I'm well aware of their credibility in regards to wealth management and also serving their clients. Wanting to do everything possible to protect my assets, I turn to Chase Bank and utilize them as to be my main financial service provider. My account went negative at one point and Chase Bank, without explanation, notification, or any regard to me as a human being, close all accounts I had with them. on top of that they reported, and continue to report false information to the credit agencies claiming they " wrote off '' over {$6000.00}. Has anyone ever, in their life, heard of a Bank allowing a personal bank account go negative that much? I very strongly feel at this point personally attacked as if they " had it out for me '' because of a heated communication not long prior to this event.
