This all started when i got a loan from the bank for finance my vehicle in XXXX of 2021. Little to my knowledge, they listed my loan under someone elses social so i could not register for online management. In XXXX of 2021 they said that they had separated the accounts and walked me through how to set up the online management. This was on XX/XX/2021. On XX/XX/2021 my credit report updated and i got an alert on XX/XX/2021. The alert was telling me that my credit score had dropped. I logged in and saw i lost 88 points. I called the XXXX and asked what was going on. They were looking and said that a BOA credit card account had been added to my closed account section. Why was this on my account? Ultimately what BOA did was now move the other persons negative account to my positive account causing the point drop on my credit and a denial for a refi.
