Loan XXXX XXXX Citi Mortgage lied Profusely they told me when I was applying for the loan and have it in emails that this is going through XXXX XXXX and this would be a XXXX XXXX loan. I have many many emails between XXXX XXXX Sales Manager at Citi and XXXX XXXX who knowingly knew all along that Citi owned my mortgage. This is fraud. Tried to deny me my {$5000.00} Homerun program as a lender credit as my income is {$50000.00} and XXXX XXXX median income can not be above {$55000.00} and called them out in there lie. The Closing docs were fudged the day before closing. The process was constant toxic fraud and unethical behavior. XXXX XXXX changed the numbers in the closing docs. This XXXX told to me by XXXX XXXX at Citi and tried to to add the {$5000.00} and forced me to pay almost {$5000.00} in points and XXXX XXXX the XXXX knew as she contacted and I was ignored. Now I call higher ups at XXXX XXXX. They are not my investor. XXXX XXXX is not my investor. They commit so much fraud and this is one example. My {$2000.00} out of my Citi bank account was withdrawn by the branch manager XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and the money is missing. Its endless acts of fraud and violations. I did not want to close but threatened I round lose my {$10000.00} XXXX XXXX. I would of never accepted a mortgage If Citi was the investor. NEVER. This is very serious and knowingly committed fraud. I would of never went through the process. This was my first question. How can Citi do something like this. I am shocked and over my dead body i am going to take every XXXX ruin necessary to ensure the fraud is handled and this bank is punished.
