I get charged several excessive fees when I use an ATM only one time within a day. My account appears as if I made multiple visits. My auto pay has been declined when no money is deposited on card. I feel this to has caused me to be charged excessive fees. My card has been positive on several occasions and declined. Then the company holds my money in a pending status for 15 to 20 days. Sometimes more than the charge. And while the money is gone the fees pile higher and higher. It's a profit scheme to charge fees where no circumstance would have existed had the money in the account not been put on hold. I'm sick to my stomach as I have tried for nearly a year to remedy these kinds of actions.
