Citibank debited my bank account XXXX - when scheduled payments was for XXXX due on XX/XX/2021. The Best Buy salesman mislead me regarding the interest. I called Citibank and they would disclose details on the method or formula for the interest. I only financed XXXX dollars - and Citibank is saying I owe over XXXX dollars. I've never been late, or missed a payment. I have been negatively by Covid-19 - including a job loss.
