I spoke to CFPB Representative, XXXX, yesterday, XX/XX/2021, at XXXX XXXX ( CT ). I advised XXXX that I did not get responses from XXXX Credit Card a/k/a " Citi '' " Citibank ''. Well, this evening, I received an envelope with invoices and a letters from XXXX Credit Card XXXX " Citi '' " Citibank '' whom double charged my XXXX credit card account with a second charge on XX/XX/2021 that I did not make, I am disputing the charge! I purchased the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2021 that are defective and delivered on XX/XX/2021. There is fraudulent activity on my XXXX account! XXXX XXXX, XXXX Credit Card a/k/a " Citi '' " Citibank '' has committed fraud on my Wayfair account. I did not make a charge on my XXXX account on XX/XX/2021, and, I am disputing the charge on my XXXX account. I did not make a second purchase from XXXX XXXX, in fact, I asked for my XXXX Credit Card to be closed. The XXXX Credit Card was opened to purchase the XXXX XXXX Dryer XXXX ONLY ; and, it was my one and only purchase on my Wayfair account! Again, I do not owe XXXX Credit Card a/k/a " Citi '' " Citibank '' money!
