Consumer Narrative
For the past 3 weeks Ive been trying to access my funds but this bank froze my account asking for verification of my id, social security and address. I sent pictures of my passport, social security card and my SSI award letter with my address. I am currently living with a family member since I am on XXXX and can not work so I have no bills or paystubs with my address. This bank wont accept my award letter and will not allow me to get my only money to live. They are discriminating against those that relay on family to live with. How can I show my address on a bill when I dont pay any. Im XXXX.
