I MADE A PAYMENT TO THE CC COMPANY AND THEY CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT AS A PAYMENT LIKE NORMAL FOR THE AMOUNT OF {$4200.00} ON XX/XX/2021. THE PAYMENT DID NOT CLEAR MY BANK SO THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT BACK FOR THE PAYMENT ON XX/XX/2021 NOT ONCE BUT TWICE FOR THE {$4200.00}. THE FIRST CHARGE BACK I AM NOT DISPUTING- THE PAYMENT DID NOT CLEAR MY BANK BUT THEY CHARGED IT BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD AS A CHARGE ON XX/XX/2021 TWICE FOR {$4200.00}. I BEGAN CONTACTING THE COMPANY IN XXXX. AND HAVE CONTINUED TO CONTACT THEM SINCE WITH NO RESOLUTION. THEY DID SEND A REFUND CHECK FOR SOME REASON BUT THEN CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE REFUND CHECK WHICH RESOLVED NOTHING ..... I LABELED THE ORIGANAL PAYMENT AS 1 THE CORRECTED CHARGE AS 2 AND THE INCORRECT OVERCHARGE AS 3 ON THE ATTACHED STATEMENT.
