Consumer Narrative

This is a running theme that keeps happening over and over and over again with this same account in the same company. I scheduled payments to come out of the account on Friday and the bank only posts the transactions on Monday or Tuesday at which point the funds have run too low and they can charge me an overdraft fee of {$34.00} on a transaction that was only {$36.00}. This is some XXXX, because I scheduled my recurring payments to show up on Friday and every time I make a credit card payment I schedule it at least a week in advance to come out on Friday so that it is going out of the account by Friday at XXXX or XXXX XXXX before I even wake up. Imagine my surprise to find out that the transaction was not posted until Tuesday along with the corresponding overdraft fees. So far, this bank is made almost {$700.00} and some odd dollars off of me this year in overdraft fees in that exact way.
