on XX/XX/2021 I was charged on my credit card {$250.00} + {$250.00} a total of {$500.00}. I called the credit card company and reported this. The credit card company XXXX started a fraud dispute and changed my credit card. This company hasn't resolve this dispute, I haven't received any information about this fraudulent charge and they keep charging me interest and late fees knowing i did not did this purchases, now they reported to my credit report as late giving me a bad score. I have proof that i was in XXXX XXXX on that date with my daughter.
