On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I spoke with customer service at Bank of America in regards to making XXXX payments and the protections should the transaction be fraudulent. I spoke with " XXXX '' ( XXXX : XXXX ) who incorrectly advised me that if fraudulent, I would be able to file a claim to get my money back. This was not the case Series of events XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I spoke with XXXX : XXXX ( XXXX ) XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I spoke with XXXX : XXXX ( XXXX ) Following that call, the following XXXX payments were made on XX/XX/XXXX {$800.00} to " XXXX '' {$600.00} to " XXXX '' {$1500.00} to " XXXX '' and on XX/XX/XXXX {$1100.00} to " XXXX '' On XX/XX/XXXX I called several times XXXX XXXX 11 mins - To report fraud XXXX 3 mins - Voice mail XXXX 13 mins - XXXX department I believe XXXX 95 mins ( filing claim with fraud department On XX/XX/XXXX I also filed the following Complaint with Florida Attorney Generals Office Complaint with ITC3 Internet Fraud Police Report XXXX XXXX County Sheriffs Office , FL On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with a XXXX of BofA to get information so I could file a complaint with BofA. XXXX confirmed the call history, and provided me the agent 's id. I was then told to contact XXXX XXXX in the Client Care Department to register a complaint XX/XX/XXXX I sent email to XXXX XXXX stating my claim. XX/XX/XXXX Spoke with a " XXXX '' from bank of america regarding my complaint. SHe told me she would research the call on XX/XX/XXXX to determine exactly what advice I was given. XX/XX/XXXX - " XXXX '' called back and said that the recorded call on XX/XX/XXXX does not exist and that there was no call history for my account prior to XX/XX/XXXX. This contradicts my phone records and the info previously provided to me in other calls to BofA. It is my firm belief they are not acting in good faith or with due diligence
