I am XXXX XXXX and I'm submitting this complaint myself there IS NO THIRD PARTY INVOLVE. Attached is a right to rescission notice along with cease and desist notice and cease and desist response and notice of billing error. Physical copies are on the way to USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as well. Please respond back to confirm receipt of these items through CFPB.
