On or about XX/XX/21 XXXX, an internet music company charged my Citi Rewards Mastercard {$9.00}. I did not recognize or authorize this. I called Citi Bank credit card rep. who credited the charge, reported fraud, cancelled the account and resent me a new card with a new number. On XX/XX/21 I noted XXXX charged my new MC account {$15.00} on XX/XX/21. I called Citi Card rep and discovered via supervisor XXXX, that Master Card has a provision to give so called recurring charges to newly established credit card numbers. The previous rep. failed to disable this feature thus I was still being billed erroneous charges. Citi supervisor XXXX had to cancel my account ( again ) and send a new card. It is not clear that Citi has done their due diligence to prevent XXXX from frauding us again. Also I asked for a customer good will compensation but was denied any dollar amount.
