My E*Trade debit card connected to my E*Trade checking is frozen. E*Trade does not have viable phone numbers, email address, chat access. XXXX for my calls advice a wait of over an hour and then not answered. Calls to their branch offices are answered with this message, " Branch offices are closed due to Covid. '' E*Trade chat is closed. I have tried email. I have been trying to solve this problem for over a month. I have automated payments for both my individual bills due and my business have been rejected and online payments have been denied. Please advice.
