On XXXX XX/XX/2021, I clicked advertisement on citibank official website, opened a Citi XXXX account package.The ads says Earn {$1500.00} bonus with minimum deposit $ XXXX. On XXXX XX/XX/2021, I deposited XXXX USD into saving account and kept money in the account until now ( XXXX XX/XX/2021 ). On XXXX XX/XX/2021, Citi chat repesetative told me I will be qualified for the bonus, bonus will show up in XXXX statement. On XXXX XX/XX/2021, two Citi XXXX call center agents told me I will not be able to qualify for the bonus, since they can not find promo code with my original application. My request is, Citi give me {$1500.00} sign up bonus. Appendix A : The chat history with citi repesentive, it proves I know the promotion on XX/XX/XXXX, also, XX/XX/XXXX, Citi confirmed I will get bous. Appendix B : When clicking the Ads to create new account, there is no way to enter or verify promo code by customer, the promo code is associated by Citi system, So, in case of missing promo code, it should be Citi 's system error, instead of Customer missing an action.
