Since the start of the pandemic unemployment claim, that my son 's father made before he asked my permission, I was awarded and retrieved the card from XXXX, who is my common law husband. I finally got the edd debit card, and it had almost XXXX. Within the first couple days all was fine, until I accidently lost the card. By the time I was able to report it missing the bank of america, who is responsible for all of the money being stolen. I received close to XXXX, according to the edd. Out of that I spent XXXX. So the rest of the money was electronically stolen by the bank at the same times I had my card. I have the bank statements that clearly show all the transaction history. I've made hundreds of complaints to the bank. They are identity theifs themselves at the customer service. And money laundering too. Liars and dishonest and fake ethics and compliance.
