on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, someone had accessed my account on chase and XXXX payment to someone named XXXX XXXX in the amount totaling XX/XX/XXXX. they had sent two XXXX payments, one for XXXX and another for XXXX. I have never sent money or had contact with this person and i have never authorized this transaction. chase gave me a temporary credit but today i was notified that my claim was denied and they are reversing the credit. i have reset my username and password on my account since then because chase agreed that my account was compromised and that i should do that.
