Account ending in XXXX Case number : XXXX Complaint number : XXXX We have many accounts with BOFA and today we received terrible service with the claims department. Was on hold for a while and then hung up on. Long story short we are disputing a small transaction. We provided EVERYTHING the claims dept asked for and they are asking for additional information the is impossible to obtain. They want a letter on letterhead from someone who is not involved in the dispute, how does that make sense? We submitted pictures and letters for this claim and apparently its our fault that the color photographs we uploaded at BofA.com show up black and white, which is why the claims dept is asking for information WE CAN NOT PROVIDE. I find this highly unusual that Bank of America can not help us with this situation.
