Wakefield and Associates is in violating HIPPA right by reporting a debt by XXXX XXXX. I went to the doctor for a very personal matter and I do not appreciate ever person/company that looks at my credit report to know about my visit to the Hospital. It is very humiliating and embarrassing. I am prepared to take legal action against Wakefield and Associates for causing me emotional distress and violating my rights. At this point it's not the measly {$730.00} it's about the fact that they are displaying my personal health for the world to see.
