I was called about transaction that were returned to my bank account. These were from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, why they were returned was unknown. They stated that the charges didnt go through even though I held the proper balance in my account for 48 hours plus. I payed the debt and have a receipt from their email, I was told this covered the two transactions in question, and the only two that were of issue. I got a call the following day from the same company multiple times, including emails as well. After explaining I paid, having the receipt, and having the verbal confirmation that my debt was payed in full. They said I owed them more money, even though I was charged more than what the two transactions were worth in the first place ( one was {$17.00} and change as well as {$25.00} and change, I payed {$52.00} which can be seen in the receipt )
