We needed funds from our checking account to be transferred for the closing on our home. The funds needed were in excess of the daily online limit, however, the funds were within the limit for a transfer at the bank. I asked for a one time exception to transfer more funds for the closing of a house, as where we are moving does not have a branch, and nobody was able to assist me. In addition, the staff who tried to assist me were insincere, dismissive, condescending, and rushed. I tried to ask for them to think about alternative solutions, such as using a business account, and nobody was willing to entertain these ideas. I also indicated that if Chase can not help me with this transaction, then I would be inclined to leave Chase as a customer, and there was no attempt to try to retain my business. I received the impression that they would rather not have me as a customer.
