On XXXX, our bank account with B of A, was hacked for {$1000.00}. I filed a claim with bank. As of today XX/XX/2021, claim was denied, stated since account was nit maxed out and we had enough to cover transaction. This transaction happen doing our bed time over night. The company hacker was XXXX out of New York, we never heard of this company. Dont understand their investigation findings. Please help us.
