This is a HIPAA Violation.This account has been going on for about two years. On XXXX they called threating me as i was going to jail and getting sued. I have no knowledge of this account and amount because it was paid. I also know that the apartment complex sold my information to this company and i never owed this much they charged interest every day and i do not know why. Two years ago spoke with complex they explained they did not have anything for me because this was due to HArvey ( a storm ) and everything was charged off. They then called a family member on XXXX and provided all information. This account has been closed and was no longer reporting under the original company. They then said just for that they will place it back on my credit and it is showing up on my reports. This is illegal and they shared my personal information and address.
