I have had a checking account at Citibank for more than 2 years. In XX/XX/2021, I made a transaction through citibank with XXXX, an agency managed by XXXX. in less than an hour cancel the transaction. XXXX never reimburses me part of the money. I made the claim with them without results. They never responded. They tell me the money was refunded and they didn't send me a refund receipt. Then I started the claim with citibank and even to date I have only been able to recover only half of the missing amount. citibank asks me for documents that I have repeatedly sent them. and they don't give me my money back. I don't know where my money is and nobody knows where it is. What else can I do?
