Just want to fallow up with my case. Again Saturday ( Approximately ) between XXXX XX/XX/2021 someone went to chase bank in this location : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , WA XXXX and withdrew {$9500.00} and went another location same day and withdrew {$500.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WA XXXX I filed a claim with chase Monday XX/XX/2021 and chase claim department asked me to get an actual police report. And I requested a police report XX/XX/XXXX and I received the police report XX/XX/XXXX and a sent a police report to the The claim department. After waiting for five business days to resolve my problem, or reimburse my money, I got an email from Chase claim department, and they denied to deposit the money to my account. And they told me that they dont have enough evidence to dispute my claim. And they also requested officer Or detective to come both locations and look at the footage.
