I was contacted by XXXX from " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' regarding something against me in XXXX XXXX XXXX. They also called my sister-in-law ( that I know of ). They said I needed to settle a debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( I've never heard of it ) and when I said I believed it to be a scam because of that fact, the representative said it was not a scam and I can try and tell the judge that ( threatening litigation ). She proceeded to say that it was for a Best Buy card ( I have never had one ). I told her to not call me or my family again and that I would sue. She began saying an old address of mine before I hung up. This company obviously had my name, phone number, birthday, and last 4 of my social security number, so it is frightening to think how they came upon that information. I consistently check my credit score which reflects 100 % on-time payments and no Best Buy card, so I firmly believe this to be a scam. The call I got was from phone number XXXX and I was asked to return the call at XXXX.
