**Background** 1. I was skeptical of an Online only bank to perform interactions 100 % via web.. But did 2. After loosing my wallet, several unauthorized charges appeared on my acct. 3. AXOSbank cancelled my card without ANY consideration of needing access to funds. 4. AXOSbank 's policy is it takes 7-10 days to get a replacment card. 5. With not brick and mortars, seemingly not a single competent bank is employed with AXOS, as who can survive without $ $ for 2 weeks waiting on this snail mail process. **New Issue** 6. I reported unauthorized ( recurring ) charges to my account and referenced it was from the previous fraud... As I remember the vendor being the same ( XXXX? ) 7. AXOS again deactivated my card without a single bit of notice to the consumer... 8. I am again without funds while that mess gets sorted out. **Burden from Axos** 9. Axos can not /willnot provide anything other than pompus virtue singling assistance via there chatt... I DO NOT NEED CONSOLATIONS, I need results/actions. 10. In an attempt to transfer $ $ to a prepaid visa card, I make a purchase and attempt to make a bank transfer to this acct... Axos rejects. 11. I am working overtime, running around the house 7 times in effort to supplement Axos ineptitude of banking competency & get access to funds. 12. Without ability to pay my motel bill and now homeless without access to any ov my $ XXXX 13. While I am very disgusted with AXOS 's business model and needing to find a replacement bank ; I still need access to $ $ via debit card transactions and was trying to find another bank to open an acct. 12. Axos bank sends me a letter telling me they have cancelled my acct ... and they will be mailing a cashiers check to the address I am no longer at and has been the source of 2 separate frauds. I need my $ $ and need a competent exec to speak with about getting those funds wired to another bank!!
