Needed to get an approval for a mortgage before making a offer to purchase a new home. After submitting irs 1040 's, bank stmts 1099 's and ssi they said we were approved for the loan. The DTI was 48 %. went from XXXX to XXXX to purchase a new home. The appraisal was in line and accepted. An offer was made on a property and accepted. Paid for an inspection report, Lawyer & appraisal. The major complaint is why did they issue an approval and then denied the loan at the end. Spent thousands because of their incompetence.
