OnXX/XX/2021, Chase bank has restricted access to my money in the business account a week after opening the account. No reasons have been given, no official communication have been sent, no customer service attended my calls, the branch employees were not able to assist, my several complaints have been ignored. I would like to regain access to my money in the account. The bank behavior towards me is not acceptable, the banks should not have the right to accept opening account then restrict it without providing reasons. My account is now been restricted for more than 45 days and cant find a way to understand why or to be able to speak to anyone.
