This complaint follows Complaint ID : XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX Complaint ID : XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX regarding FirstBank Mortgage. This complaint is regarding the following : Disregarding my multiple requests to reverse approximately {$710.00} in late fees assessed while loan was in forbearance. FirstBank Mortgage has shown a complete disregard for my situation from the moment I was granted forbearance on my loan in XX/XX/XXXX. Their customer service representatives are ill equipped to read notes taken on previous calls and/or lack the necessary skills or training to review a customers history and provide solutions. I have had over 30 calls with them. In each call, I have had to repeat the complete story from the beginning. Every representative says the same thing I will make a note in the system, I will email the right group, Im escalating this, I will call you within 48 to 72 hours, and nothing gets resolved. On my call to FirstBank Mortgage on XX/XX/XXXX, where I spoke with their XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, she said I will personally call you within 48 to 72 hours regarding the reversal of approximately {$710.00} in late fees that were assessed while on forbearance. As of XX/XX/XXXX they still show late fees of {$710.00} on my account that have not been reversed. Nobody has called me to indicate that these charges have been reversed.
