I have an account with CITI that was closed around XX/XX/2021. The card was a secured card with {$200.00} deposit that was charged to my bank account. After few months, CITI its reporting my account closed but delinquent, my account its not delinquent because i was using my own money as a deposit. I have called many times to CITI, and keep transferring my call around to other people. I can't resolve this issue with CITI.
