MY PURPOSE OF THIS COMPLAINT ISN'T TO GET THIS ACCOUNT VALIDATED ( ACCOUNT # XXXX : ), THE PURPOSE OF THIS COMPLAINT IS TO ENSURE THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE PERMANENTLY REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT AND TO BE PAID FROM THIS COMPANY FOR THEM VIOLATING MY CONSUMER RIGHTS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I AM NOT SAYING THIS ACCOUNT WAS OPENED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, I AM CLEARLY STATING THAT YOUR COMPANY VIOLATED MY CONSUMER RIGHTS.
