Upon requesting debt validation for two different accounts BC Service has reported through XXXX, they responded with detailed medical records without providing release forms, a DIRECT violation of HIPPA regulations. Not only did these documents contain procedures and/or medication recieved it also contained my social security number with NO security measures. I NEVER signs a HIPPA forms authorizing access to any such medical records.
