On XX/XX/XXXX i purchased on XXXX 80 pieces of new wooden dance floor for {$15000.00} paid by chase debit card it said " Estimated delivery : Thu. XXXX. XXXX - XXXX XXXX. XXXX Order number : XXXX '' on XX/XX/XXXX we requested from XXXX to get a refund since the item wasn't delivered yet they had the seller contacting us but we told him we dont need it any more. on XX/XX/XXXX they decided to close the case because there was no more activity from us ( we were not aware of this rule ) the day after that we called them and to them we were suprised by that. they reopened the case and decided in our favor but oddly after 2 days they closed the case again so we went and opened a dispute claim with chase on XX/XX/XXXX and they reimbursed us on XX/XX/XXXX they asked for more documents before we had time to take action the closed the claim against us on XX/XX/XXXX we tried to call them and talk to them multiple times and they kept saying that they got document from the seller showing the item was shipped and refused to send us the documents and 2 weeks ago they finally promised they will mail the document that the decision is based on and we will have a chance to provide document to the contrary that we did not get the item ; but as of today we have not gotten them in the mail here are the facts : on my XXXX page this item is not stated as shipped the item was in fact relisted with a different item number and was still listed like that as of 2 weeks ago the seller will not be able to provide a tracking number oddly this seller who listed multiple items for years on XXXX has stopped all selling in the last week or so. i would greatly appreciate your help in this situation. thanks XXXX and XXXX XXXX
