I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX with on where to go due to COVID 19. My business took a beating, I had to lay off all my employees and encountered a death among my staff. My business suffered very badly. I lost everything even my home. I am living at the extended stay here in XXXX XXXX MO. I went and found a small 2 bedroom house that needed a little work done to it, but didn't have enough money to close the deal. My closing is today XX/XX/2021 at XXXX. Since I did not have enough money to close, my family sent me the money to do so. They sent it through XXXX money app. so I can have a roof over my head and prevent me from not having anywhere to go. The bills here at the expended stay are more than what I can afford. I transferred all money from the XXXX app to the Bank Of America savings account which was {$1300.00} dollars and I put another {$560.00} with another {$100.00} dollars cash into the account to bring the amount upto {$2000.00}. This is what I needed to close my new home. I was scheduled to close today. Yesterday I got an alert from BOA stating my account had falling to {$25.00} dollars the day before my closing. When I called to see what had happened, I was told BOA had taken the money out to put towards another account that's overdrawn at the bank. The money was taken without my permission or consent. I don't have a place to live and now I don't even have enough money to pay the extended stay. I need the money back so I can close on the house ASAP.
