Today XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from Southeast Toyota Finance where I have an account I nver been late, even so this last XXXX I did three aditional payments into my account after several intents, emails to contact them I thought that everythig was clearly explained, but today I received a letter from Southeast Toyota Finance trying to collect debt of {$250.00} bill that I alreay paid in fact they charged me {$40.00} latest fees that they told me that will be refunded but they are not plus, they are treating me to collect this debt or they will report it into my credit report. As I said before on my complaints, Southeast Toyota Finance is just lying not only about me if not about thousand of people, in the same situation that me. They are trying to add as must lates fees as they can, and misslending people accounts in their own benefits. Problably the best thing we can do is to sue Southeast Toyota Finance in court for all damages they in doing.
