I have concerns that Chase is not adhering to the Fair Credit Billing Act, as it relates to my rights to an equitable, timely, accurate, and fair dispute process. The Company is also failing to acknowledge and directly reply to my many inquiries, correspondence, and requests for information on this matter. Additionally, no one in the relevant departments has been made available to me to discuss my case in detail, to achieve a mutually satisfactory resolution, despite multiple requests and unreturned messages. Lastly, I have been refused in my requests to pursue arbitration on this matter, which I believe is my right. Also, subsequent to my prior complaint, several actions have been taken that greatly reduce my confidence in Chases process, procedures, and oversight in this matter. To be clear, this complaint pertains to entirely new issues, as Chase, in its recent interactions with me, has made a number of new omissions, misrepresentations, and/or mistruths, apparently in an attempt to uphold its original improper judgment.
