In XX/XX/XXXX Four charges were charged to my Chase Southwest Rapid Rewards Card. Chase notified me via email of possible fraudulent activity on my card. In speaking with Chase I confirmed these were fraudulent charges, my account was immediately closed and new card sent. The 4 fraud charges were removed from my card. I noticed on Monday XX/XX/XXXX that 2 of the charges reappeared again showing these purchases were made on XX/XX/XXXX! Again I notified Chase these are fraud charges and I want them removed! Chase stated that their fraud claims department said these were in fact MY charges! One charge is for XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX for {$62.00} and the other is for XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX for {$52.00}. I haven't eaten XXXX XXXX in over a year and I am NOT a member of XXXX XXXX XXXX!! So far these 2 charges are still on my current statement and have not been removed.
