I filed my taxes with liberty tax in XXXX XXXX Virginia on XX/XX/XXXX. I activated my card but when my money was sent to the card Netspend had a block on my account, claiming I was ineligible for a Netspend Card. Nobody could tell me why or how I could receive my money. Finally a woman told me when my account closes on XX/XX/XXXX Netspend was mailing me a check for my refund amount. Its XX/XX/XXXX & They cant account for my money nor do they know where it is. XXXX XXXX has called them & they gave her the run around also. I have XXXX Children, we were struggling & have been since XXXX. My XXXX XXXX old son passed away, because we were struggling so terrible we couldnt even pay for a funeral. He had to be cremated, which my mother paid for. The point is Ive been begging these people for months on end, even not so nicely I feel like Im never going to see my refund, that well struggle getting back into a home forever. My name is XXXX XXXX, my social is XXXX My XXXX is XX/XX/XXXX The address Netspend has on file is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX VA ; which they wouldnt let me change when I tried to because Im not eligible for an account my new address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Va XXXX XXXX XXXX has permissions to send you all of the information I need.
