I placed an order for two {$200.00} XXXX XXXX gift cards, and the gift cards that were sent did not work when I click the link that Chase sent me, it says your reward can not be viewed at this time. I called and asked them to open a case, but that was back around XX/XX/XXXX, I still dont have working gift cards or the 40,000 points I spent to get them. I have called Chase and requested a refund of my points but they still have yet to do so.
