It didnt come out of nowhere.The company was very rude as I stated to them a inquiry appeared on my credit file from XXXX that negatively impacted my score as well my file with a hard inquiry. Stated they wasnt removing anything and it was nobody else to talk to. Representative kept trying to be smart mouth and argue with a consumer. The inquiry occurred XX/XX/2021 and they pulled my credit file for hard inquiry.
