18 months ago I submitted a {$500.00} deposit to Citi Bank for a secured credit card. I was informed that after 18 months my account would be reviewed for an unsecured account and my {$500.00} would be returned to me making my account unsecured.So the 18 months was up on XX/XX/21 of this year, I con Citi Bank to get the status and was informed that they would keep my {$500.00} another 12 months as a secured account, and I maintained my account for 18 months they claim the account was late once but it had to be me paying the account after a certain hour of the day and it got credited the fo day but never ever days late.They never explained to me that this could happened I was told 18 months. My credit is good so it couldnt have been based on that.I feel like they are discriminating against me for making this decision and feel like they will retaliate against my credit fir filing this complaint against them.
