I have 2 attorney trust accounts in JP Morgan Chase Bank. I received an alert of a pending transfer of money out of my account that I did not request. When I called I was informed that there was already one transfer and that the pending one could not be stopped. I was then told that there were transfers on another XXXX account as well. I made a claim for all the transfers. I was provided temporary credit on one account. I then received a letter stating that I authorized the transfer and the money would later be removed from my account. I called the bank several times and was left hold for hours with no response. When I finally had a chance to speak with someone, I was informed that there since I did not change my passwords or sign in from another device, Chase had to close may claim. When I asked for details about the transfer such as from where it was made and it they obtained a code to approve them, the representative stated that she did not have the details. They also do not have any information about the account into which the money was transferred.
