On XX/XX/21 at around XXXX XXXX I went to Bank of America ATM machine to pay my credit card bill. After I scanned my card the money window opened. I inserted two XXXX XXXX dollar bills. The machine took my bills and right after that the machined died. It did not print any document as a proof of accepting the money. I then went inside the lobby to complain. The manager listened to my complaint and said Oh dont worry it will be credited tomorrow. It has been over 45 days now that my money is not credited. During this time I called the bank several times. Each person says different time. They say it will take a week, or sometimes a month or two or even three. They are just making may go around. I am a retired man and every dollar means so much to me. I need someone to help me
