XXXX business checking : account name : XXXX XXXX Account number XXXX Routing number XXXX Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX Phone : XXXX Detailed explanation of the issue : I opened a business checking account with Chase Bank, as a sole proprietorship using my own name ( XXXX XXXX ). On XX/XX/2021, Chase closed my account. At that time, the account had a balance of {$14000.00}. I was not able to access this money. It has been 2 months since ; I came to the bank in person to inquire why the {$14000.00} was not returned to me. Chase told me that this amount was returned to a XXXX account on XX/XX/2021, however, XXXX stated that they never received this amount, since the XXXX account was closed on XX/XX/2021, before the date that Chase claimed.
