This is my 5th complaint about this mortgage. Account number XXXX BOA has attached escrow services to my line of credit. I pay my escrow through my primary mortgage. I have sent BOA a plethora of documentation for years stating my primary mortgage XXXX collects my mortgage. I would like some assistance please. They are telling me I am behind in my mortgage.
